Article 1 – Purpose

TheseGeneral Terms and Conditions of Salegovern the provision of online coaching services provided byNutri Serenity(hereinafter referred to as "the Provider") as part of personalized gluten-free nutrition support for individuals (hereinafter referred to as "the Client"). These GTCS apply to all orders placed on the sitewww.nutri-serenity.com.

Article 2 – Description of Services

The Provider offers personalized online coaching services in the field of gluten-free nutrition, including:

Development of personalized meal plans
Weekly meal planning
Exclusive gluten-free recipes
Online follow-up via messaging, private chat, or video call

Article 3 – Ordering Process

Any order for online coaching services is made through the sitewww.nutri-serenity.comby filling out a registration form with the necessary information (name, first name, email, dietary preferences). Once the order is completed, a confirmation email will be sent with a summary of the order and service details.

Article 4 – Prices and Payment Terms

The prices of the services are clearly indicated on the site at the time of the order. In accordance with Article 293 B of the General Tax Code (CGI), VAT is not applicable. Therefore, the displayed prices are tax-inclusive.

Payment for services is made via the secure Stripe platform. The client can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) or any other payment method offered by Stripe, depending on its availability in the client's country.

Transactions made via Stripe involve a secure transfer of the information necessary for processing the transaction. The Provider does not retain any banking data from the Client. All payment information is processed directly by Stripe, which complies with current security and privacy standards.

Payment must be made in full before access to the services. Once payment is validated, the client receives a confirmation email, and access to the services is activated.

In case of payment refusal or failure, the client will be immediately informed and will need to make a new payment to validate their order. The Provider can only activate access to the services after transaction confirmation.

The conditions for refund or cancellation of services are specified in Article [number] of these general terms and conditions of sale.

Article 5 – Cancellation and Withdrawal Terms

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Client may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days after the order, provided that the service has not yet started. However, if the service has already commenced (for example, the first coaching session or receipt of the nutrition plan), the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Article 6 – Withdrawal, Cancellation, and Refund

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the client has a period of 14 days from the date of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

However, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the same code, this right does not apply:

To services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose execution has begun with the express agreement of the client.

In case of a valid withdrawal, the client will be refunded within 14 days following the receipt of the request, using the same payment method used for the order.

Cancellation of Services

Any cancellation request must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start date of the service.
Any potential fees related to the cancellation will be indicated at the time of the request.

Refund Conditions

If the client has paid for a service that has not yet been executed and wishes to cancel, a partial or full refund may be considered depending on the circumstances.
No refund will be made for a service that has already been completed or started, except in the case of serious failure by the Provider to meet its obligations.

Article 7 – Terms of service provision

Services begin upon full payment. Coaching sessions can be conducted via videoconference, phone, or private chat, depending on the agreement with the Client.

Article 8 – Client's commitments and responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide accurate information regarding their needs, health status, and dietary preferences. They also commit to following the recommendations and advice provided by the Provider during the coaching sessions.

Article 9 – Provider's liability

The Provider commits to delivering services with the utmost care and professionalism. However, it is subject to an obligation of means, not results. Results depend on many external factors and the personal commitment of the Client.

Article 10 – Affiliations and partnerships
